Lifeline Emergency Assistance Program (LEAP)
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
AlexRenew offers residential customers who are having trouble paying their sewer bill credits through the Lifeline Emergency Assistance Program. Any AlexRenew account holder with a past due balance is eligible to receive up to $1,000 per year. Customers can also take advantage of interest-free flexible payment plans designed to keep their AlexRenew accounts in good standing and pay an existing balance over time.

SUPPORT THE PROGRAM
LEAP is funded through charitable donations made by organizations and community members. Donations can be made directly to Dollar Energy Fund. Click the button below to make a one-time contribution to the program.
