ITB No. 22-024: Primary Settling Tank Rehabilitation
Procurement Includes
The intent of this invitation to bid (ITB) is to solicit construction services related to the improvement of six existing Primary Settling Tanks. Improvements include but are not limited to installation of Owner-furnished equipment, demolition of existing equipment, and new electrical and controls for the new equipment.
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday April 6, 2023, at 10:00am EST at Alexandria Renew Enterprises, 1800 Limerick Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, Conference Room [EC]. Contractors will first attend a presentation, followed by a site tour of the PSTs.
