As part of ongoing RiverRenew construction activities at our wastewater plant, AlexRenew is switched phone service providers from Verizon to Comcast. The switchover to Comcast was necessary to keep RiverRenew’s aggressive timeline on-schedule. Effective November 18, 2020, AlexRenew's phone number for incoming calls and customer service is 703-721-3500.

As part of ongoing RiverRenew construction activities at our wastewater plant, AlexRenew switched phone service providers from Verizon to Comcast. The switchover to Comcast was necessary to keep RiverRenew’s aggressive timeline on-schedule.
Effective November 18, 2020, AlexRenew officially uses (703) 721-3500 as its dedicated phone number for incoming calls and customer service. The old numbers, (703) 549-3381/3383, have lost all functionality. Customer service will be retained through the new 3500 number.
